I. The Depths.
Cerridwen ~ The Keeper of the Cauldron.
The void, the shadow, the darkness, where the journey begins.
The deepest parts of ourselves that we often suppress and hide because of guilt, trauma and grief. We will be working with the root causes of what keeps us repressed or depressed.
Harnessing the energy of the Welsh Goddess Cerridwen as she is the keeper of the Cauldron of Awen, the Avalonian elixir of healing, wisdom and prophecy.

II. The Burn.
Brigid ~ Goddess of the Eternal Flame.
The sacred rage, lighting the inner fires, burning the fears.
We will be working on releasing energy blockages and anxieties within the body.
Burning away old pain, burning away old fears.
We will be honouring the Celtic Goddess Brigid, the Goddess of the fire and keeper of the flame. Her energy will guide us to find our inner courage.

Merlin ~ Master of Alchemy and Magic.
Breakthrough, Glimmers of Magic, Transformation.
We will be working on those bubbles of magic brewing inside your inner cauldron, ready for enlightenment and awakening.
Merlin is the Master of Inner Alchemy, representing the transformation of heavy, fear-based thoughts, to Alchemise into golden light and spiritual balance.
